Overview

Accurate Smart Solutions builds enterprise software for shipping, freight, retail and ERP. The company needed one website to present all of its products, explain its services and turn visitors into leads.

I set up the project and led it. Two junior developers, Amal and Mawada, joined the project while they were training. I split the site into sections, reviewed their work and helped them through every part, while building the base structure, the home page and the forms myself.

The problem

The company had several products for very different industries but no single place that explained them clearly, and no simple way for potential clients to get in touch.

The solution

A bilingual, responsive company website with a product slider, a section for each product, about, services, clients and features sections, animated counters, and a contact form with a WhatsApp shortcut.

Challenges & Solutions

Leading a team that was still learning

Challenge

Two of the three developers were trainees. The site had to ship on time and stay consistent, while giving them real work to learn from.

Solution

I built the base structure, shared components and styles first, then split the site into clear sections and assigned them one by one. I reviewed every change, paired with them when they got stuck and refined the result, so the site shipped with one consistent design while they gained hands-on experience.
